All our ceramics are made for decor, not utility. Sizes and capacities are strictly approximate and not stated on boxed products. If you need large (approx. gallon-size) individual canisters, consider using our Cookie Jars and bread boxes. Many have airtight seals and keep a gallon or 5 lbs. of flour, Sugar, Rice, or cereal on hand beautifully. You'll see some here plus links to more.
