Ever<br \/>\nsince I&#8217;ve looked into our food if anything wasn&#8217;t right.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">When we determined gluten was a migraine <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>trigger<\/strong><br \/>\nfor my husband, we became gluten-free!<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> That&#8217;s when<br \/>\nI had first read the ingredients listed on the labels of<br \/>\npackaged gluten-free products. Most were loaded with<br \/>\nsugar, non-nutritive carb flours like rice or corn, highly<br \/>\nprocessed oils, and chemical preservatives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Becoming Gluten-Free in itself<\/strong> <strong>is not<\/strong> necessarily<br \/>\nthe cure-all for for people with digestive issues. I couldn&#8217;t<br \/>\nstomach the thought of tomato sauce until I was 12. Then I<br \/>\ndiscovered I liked Pizza. (<em>I still don&#8217;t\u00a0 love tomato sauce). It<br \/>\nhappens to be warning ME it&#8217;s inflammatory.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Manufacturers are not required<\/strong> to list any\u00a0ingredients that<br \/>\nare less <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">than 2% of the contents. You see the suggested serving<br \/>\nsize on the package. What is so bad about that? How many<br \/>\nother packages may you eat in the same day, with a similar<br \/>\ndose of up to 2% of unidentified chemicals, causing you an<br \/>\noverdose? <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You see the suggested serving size on the package.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>So I quickly decided<\/strong> <strong>to<\/strong> &#8220;bake all our own baked goods<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">from scratch,&#8221; creating healthier blends of gluten-free<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">ingredients, for which I did extensive research. That&#8217;s<br \/>\nwhy I offer a diverse range of recipes here. It will <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">explain<br \/>\nwhy my limited recipes are what they are, regardless<br \/>\nof who may disagree with my choices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><em><br \/>\nNo one needs &#8220;gluten&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> in their diet! Many people,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><em>(not only celiac), <\/em>often feel better with a gluten-free<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">diet. But <em><strong>what else<\/strong><\/em> is tucked into your diet causing<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">you compromised health? Fiber is absent from<br \/>\ntraditional <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">white flour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nI believe we need healthful treats every day, <\/strong>not only<br \/>\nfor <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">a pleasant respite, but to prevent deficiencies and add<br \/>\nnutrients <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">in our diet. They can also help maintain a healthy<br \/>\nweight. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I believed in this so much that I researched this for 5<br \/>\nyears <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">before I composed this website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nBest of all my recipes are quick and easy<\/strong> to put<br \/>\ntogether <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">and leave some room for not being precise.<br \/>\nMost are <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">simple batters instead of dough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>The blood-sugar spike from high-carb breads<\/strong> elevates<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">dopamine, the origin of the word \u2018dope.\u2019\u00a0 Manufacturers<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">ensure repeat sales by making their foods addictive.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">When it comes to sugar, not only is it a highly addictive<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">substance (surpassing that of cocaine, according to<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">some studies), but other ingredients are also highly<br \/>\naddictive, especially salt and fat.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>But when you balance carbs with fiber or high quality<br \/>\nprotein<\/strong>, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">like a steak, chicken or fish, you erase the sugar spike<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">and balance your carbs. Standard &#8216;gluten-free&#8217; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">baked products<br \/>\nare mostly <em>fiber-free<\/em> starch. (Rice flours, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">corn starch, sugar,<br \/>\npotato starch, and worse yet yellow high-heat <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">processed<br \/>\nvegetable oils (corn, sunflower, canola, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">safflower).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Why wait until your health is compromised?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">There are cleaner gluten-free wholesome foods that will<br \/>\nquickly become new favorites to you and family. The<br \/>\nhealthiest for baking are neutral tasting Olive or Avocado<br \/>\noils or Coconut which may add a slight coconut flavor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Giving up favorite baked goods never lasts. <\/strong>But<br \/>\nnow you can enjoy <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">all your favorite baked goods while<br \/>\nbeing gluten-free, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">using my recipes, and you&#8217;ll never<br \/>\ngive them up! They&#8217;re <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">more delicious than the classic<br \/>\noriginal versions. And they smell so appetizing!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Sugar substitutes can also contribute to migraines.<br \/>\n<\/strong>They can also interfere with your body&#8217;s ability to<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">control many functions. Even Stevia, touted as safe<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">and natural, is actually deadly. These can even interfere<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">with some medications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>What sweeteners are safe and natural? <\/strong>Dates, Raw<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">honey, bananas, coconut sugar, berries, apples, just<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">to name a few. They&#8217;re easy enough to bake with as<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">you&#8217;ll see in my recipes that don&#8217;t need sugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Big food industries cleverly keep you addicted<\/strong> to<br \/>\nfoods that <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">make them huge profits and cause your body<br \/>\nto silently <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">deteriorate inside where you don&#8217;t see it.<br \/>\nYour body tries to tell you, but you can&#8217;t usually<br \/>\nunderstand it&#8217;s language.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Which Gluten-Free Flour Should you use?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">As I&#8217;ve been researching and writing this book to help<br \/>\npeople <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">fit a new lifestyle such as gluten free, paleo, keto<br \/>\nand vegan, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">the number of traditional flour substitutes<br \/>\ngrew. The amount of flour substitutes has grown so<br \/>\nlarge, you&#8217;ve likely found yourself wondering which<br \/>\nto choose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>After researching gluten-free flours<\/strong> I was convinced<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">that\u00a0 all gluten-free flours had a negative in them if<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">over-consumed.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Having enough fiber content<\/strong> in your carbohydrates<br \/>\nslows down the digestion of sugar, <em>(sugar <\/em><em>spikes)<br \/>\n<\/em>that over time can lead to insulin resistance and<br \/>\ndiabetes. Gluten-free Flours I haven&#8217;t tried are *Teff,<br \/>\nCassava, and Millet,\u00a0seed flours which should work<br \/>\nin baking as flour substitutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nTeff is a seed flour<\/strong> high in fiber that provides an<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">energy boost comparable to coffee, but without<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">that caffeine crash. There are a lot of diseases<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">whose main cause is inflammation. A person may<br \/>\nprevent inflammatory diseases (aches &amp; pains) by<br \/>\neating teff grains on a regular basis, but in excess<br \/>\nmay cause digestive issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Teff contains a high amount<\/strong> of phytate which<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">inhibits mineral absorption. So people with zinc or<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">calcium deficiency are recommended not to consume<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">teff in large amounts. So when it is taken as a major<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">staple food, a thiamine supplement is recommended.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Also, the excessive consumption of fiber might cause<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">gas and bloating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nOrganic, certified gluten-free<\/strong> oat flour, (simply ground oats),<br \/>\nalmond flour, (simply ground almonds), became my choices<br \/>\nfor wheat substitute flours. They&#8217;re readily available affordable,<br \/>\nhave the least negatives and work in most recipes in place of<br \/>\nwheat flour. Often<br \/>\nyou just see &#8220;spices,&#8221; as if no one is allergic to them.<br \/>\nThey&#8217;re used in so many readymade foods, and can<br \/>\nput a multitude of people in their doctor&#8217;s office. &#8220;Just<br \/>\ntake a pill to relieve the symptoms,&#8221; a doctor may say.<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s no profit in telling you to avoid such allergens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You will see that my recipes are not just treats.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Their purpose is to replace most classic wheat flour<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">baked goods <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">with healthy gluten-free &amp; Dairy-Free<br \/>\ndelicious ones.\u00a0 But I bake our loaf of flaxseed bread<br \/>\nas <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">our staple every week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>My flour of choice is Organic Oat plus<\/strong> some nut<br \/>\nflours or ground seeds. Most of these recipes can be<br \/>\negg-free if necessary, using egg substitutes.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMy sweeteners<\/strong> are either coconut cream in coffee, or<br \/>\nhoney, maple syrup, coconut sugar, molasses, dates,<br \/>\nor overripe bananas in baked goods. They are the least<br \/>\nlikely to &#8216;spike&#8217; your sugar. I do not recommend any<br \/>\nother sweetener.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMy oils are: coconut, avocado, or olive oil.<\/strong> You<br \/>\ncan have peace of mind knowing I&#8217;ve successfully<br \/>\nmade and photographed all the recipes on this site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>You&#8217;d be surprised to learn most children aren&#8217;t<br \/>\nbeing &#8220;picky&#8221; <\/strong>when they stare their food. Their instinct<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">may be warning them about something that doesn&#8217;t<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">agree with them, because allergens are hidden in<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Some foods that <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">just don&#8217;t agree with them, and they<br \/>\ndon&#8217;t have the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">ability to express that.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nWe all think any food in a package is &#8216;SAFE.&#8217;<\/strong> (The FDA<br \/>\napproves <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">of it). But 2% of the ingredients are not required<br \/>\nby law to be listed <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">on the label, unless it&#8217;s on the &#8216;known<br \/>\nallergens&#8217; list, (only of tree <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">nuts, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish,<br \/>\ndairy milk and cheese)<\/span>. <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Also, you need to be aware of<br \/>\n&#8220;arsenic in candies.&#8221; Just Google that. The list will shock you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>WHY doesn&#8217;t becoming &#8216;Gluten-free&#8217; work for a lot<br \/>\nof gluten-sensitive people? <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Because of <em><strong>what else<\/strong><\/em> is<br \/>\nin <strong><em>THEIR <\/em><\/strong>gluten-free food? Onions can give similar<br \/>\nreactions to gluten. It took years for my husband to figure<br \/>\nthat out. He actually had an allergic reaction to onions<br \/>\nbeing fried and filling the air in a kitchen. So many prepared<br \/>\nfoods contain onion that he has to ask wherever we eat.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Common ground black pepper threw my daughter-in-law,<br \/>\ninto a full-blown allergic reaction!<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nDid you know&#8230;You can leave out onion and its<br \/>\nclose relatives, and never notice it is missing?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Celery,especially the leaves, imparts intense flavor, and<br \/>\nchopped celery (even if saut\u00e9ed) is a perfect texture<br \/>\nsubstitute. So are many more seasonings. Garlic<br \/>\nis often tolerated by many who can&#8217;t eat onion.<br \/>\nDillweed, sage, basil, coriander, rosemary, cilantro, thyme,<br \/>\nparsley, etc. add flavor and appear not to aggravate<br \/>\nany tummies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><br \/>\nYou&#8217;ll notice my treat recipes are made, <em>from<br \/>\nscratch<\/em>, <\/strong>gluten-free, mainly organic oat flour. I buy<br \/>\nit from Whole Foods or make it myself by grinding<br \/>\norganic oatmeal into flour in a coffee grinder and<br \/>\nshaking it through a mesh strainer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<strong>It&#8217;s so worth doing!<\/strong> You&#8217;ll not only get great results,<br \/>\nyou won&#8217;t be swapping healthy whole grains for<br \/>\nnon-nutritive, fast-burning starch. We avoid<br \/>\nthe cane sugar overload in packaged<br \/>\ngluten-free mixes and products, and<br \/>\nfast-digesting starches which also<br \/>\nspike your sugar, and chemical<br \/>\nadditives (carcinogens such as<br \/>\nMetabisulfite), is on too many labels.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s been a banned health hazard in NJ,<br \/>\nknown to cause people a variety of<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">problems. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(e.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">g. Just Google, &#8220;Polysorbate 80&#8221;). It&#8217;s used<br \/>\nas an emulsifier for <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">plastic as well as in food. It&#8217;s used in so many<br \/>\npackaged foods, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and ice cream. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Even if the FDA says it&#8217;s safe,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(<em>why should we eat <\/em><\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">it)?<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><em><strong>&#8220;SAFE&#8221; by FDA standards only means<\/strong><\/em> most people who ate it<br \/>\nhad no immediate adverse <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">reactions to it. It doesn&#8217;t mean what<br \/>\nquantity was deemed safe, or who is it <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>NOT safe<\/strong> to serve it to?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Or what are the effects on your organs <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">after a length of time?<br \/>\nProcessed sugar substitutes are proven to not satiate the brain&#8217;s<br \/>\ndesire for something sweet. Xylitol can kill a dog. Stevia has a<br \/>\nmetallic aftertaste. Agave gives a worse sugar spike than sugar.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nI believe in making everything from scratch. <em>Not even a <\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>packaged mix! <\/em><\/strong><em>(Yes, these recipes are as quick and taste good)!<\/em><br \/>\nWhen you don&#8217;t know what you&#8217;re eating, if you or your family<br \/>\ndevelop health issues <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">or allergies, you&#8217;ll run to <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">find a &#8216;medical&#8217;<br \/>\nremedy, which can make your <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">symptoms worse, instead of<br \/>\nfinding and eliminating the cause.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>I realize how little time there is<\/strong> today for most parents to<br \/>\nfollow the health reports I&#8217;ve accumulated.
