I buy gum-free,<br \/>\nchemical-free cans of coconut cream by the case<br \/>\non Amazon Prime. Best to mix it with a 2 teaspoons<br \/>\nof cider vinegar or lemon juice and let it sit 5 minutes<br \/>\nuntil it becomes buttermilk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nI love it in my coffee in place of dairy cream or<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">evaporated milk.\u00a0 I also beat it into non-dairy<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">whipped cream!
