Ripen bananas by placing whole,&lt;br \/&gt;\nunpeeled (in the skin) bananas on a baking sheet in a&lt;br \/&gt;\n300\u00b0F oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the&lt;br \/&gt;\nskins are darkened and the fruit is soft.\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Need ripe bananas fast?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1 cup +2 tbs. coconut cream full fat (with no additives but water)<br \/>\n(Low fat milk becomes too frozen)<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">4 tbs. dark chocolate broken<br \/>\n1 tbs. unsweetened Cocoa or Cacao<br \/>\nmelted with<br \/>\n1 tsp <span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">coconut<\/span> oil and 1 tbs maple syrup)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 to 3 tbs. maple syrup or honey (to taste).<br \/>\nIt becomes a bit less sweet when frozen.<br \/>\n(Do not use Sugar-free sweetener. It<br \/>\ntends to be too icy).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/8 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp tapioca starch<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 tsp of vanilla or vodka will help keep<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0fudge pops from freezing rock hard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>OPTIONAL:<\/strong><br \/>\nMix in 1 to 3 tbs. tahini, peanut, (or any nut) butter<br \/>\nwhich makes it extra creamy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-708\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fudgepop-270x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fudgepop-270x300.jpg 270w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fudgepop.jpg 435w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\n<strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Dairy-free fudgsicles ( I use coconut cream in place<br \/>\nof yogurt).<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00a0If you want the the classic tart yogurt flavor,<br \/>\nyou may add to the coconut cream:\u00a01\/2 tsp to 1 tsp<br \/>\napple cider vinegar to taste. You can alternatively use<br \/>\nnon-dairy yogurt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nCarefully melt the chocolate pieces with a bit of<br \/>\ncoconut oil. I give them 20 seconds at<br \/>\na time in the microwave and stir. Ingredients<br \/>\nneed to be room temperature to keep<br \/>\nchocolate in a liquid state for blending.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Combine all ingredients until smooth.<br \/>\n(Omit the vanilla if using vanilla-flavored yogurt.)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I recommend using a food processor or blender or<br \/>\nimmersion blender to ensure thorough blending.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Taste, and add more sweetener if needed \u2013 you<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">want the mixture to taste a little too sweet, as<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">sweetness level will decrease once frozen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups. Freeze. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"> After about a 1\/2 hour, I insert popsicle sticks into<br \/>\nthe fudgsicles <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">and return them to the freezer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Tip: To re-use your molds, you can carefully run tops of<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"> frozen pops<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(in molds) under water, just until they\u00a0let go.<br \/>\nLay the frozen pops in an airtight container in the freezer.<br \/>\nSeparate with foil if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>===================================================================<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>The Health benefits of chocolate<\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Today, chocolate is lauded for its tremendous antioxidant<br \/>\npotential.
