It makes tall<br \/>\nwell formed donuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Place in the center of the preheated oven<\/strong><br \/>\nBake for about 25 to 30 minutes or <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">until the donuts<br \/>\nare set and just lightly browned and an inserted<br \/>\ntoothpick comes out clean<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Remove from the oven<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAllow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>If you\u2019re planning to use the optional glaze:<\/strong><br \/>\nTransfer the donuts to a wire rack <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">to cool completely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">In a small bowl, place the powdered sugar and<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 teaspoons of any milk, and mix well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Add more milk by the half-teaspoon until you have<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">a smooth but thickly pourable glaze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Working quickly, dip the top of each cooled donut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">in the glaze, turn back and forth a bit to coat well,<br \/>\ninvert the donut so the glaze is <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">facing upward, and<br \/>\nplace on a flat surface to set.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>If you\u2019re using the melted chocolate:<br \/>\n<\/strong>melt the chocolate by placing it in a microwave<br \/>\nsafe bowl and heating in 30 second intervals.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nDip the donuts into the melted chocolate and then<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">place onto a parchment lined baking tray (and add<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">a teaspoon of sprinkles).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">When all the donuts are done, move the tray into<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">the fridge briefly for the chocolate topping to set.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\n<strong>If you\u2019re using the optional sugar-coating:<\/strong><br \/>\nInvert the donuts onto a wire rack while <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">they\u2019re<br \/>\nstill warm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Dip each donut carefully in the melted coconut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">oil and then press into the granulated sugar,<br \/>\n(or cinnamon &amp; sugar mixed) before replacing<br \/>\non the wire rack.
