font-size: 18pt;\">(if using yeast, cover with sheets of parchment.<br \/>\nLet rise in a warm place 30 &#8211; 45 minutes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Fold in Optional add-ins:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1 tsp cinnamon,<br \/>\n1 tsp extract vanilla, almond, orange<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 to 4\u00a0 Tbs. frozen blueberries, dates or any<br \/>\ndried fruit chopped, or chocolate chips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nTo Microwave (bake 4 rolls at a time)<br \/>\nFULL POWER, Two-Minutes!<br \/>\n<\/strong>When done they pull away from the mold slightly<br \/>\nand a toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br \/>\nMicrowaves vary, so you may need to add<br \/>\n10 or 20 seconds at a time and check again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(<em><strong>Or bake in the oven<\/strong> for <\/em><em>about 20 minutes ).<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">If yeast is used, let it rise in the challah mold, (covered<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">with wrap or parchment), in a warm place for 25 to 35<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">minutes, until puffy looking, but not doubled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">To create a warm place, pre-heat your oven for only 1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">minute<br \/>\nat 350-F with the light on.
