It yielded about 20 nice<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">sized cookies. Use the oven<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">for more important\u00a0 food.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">As you probably already know, you can easily<br \/>\ncook lots of yummy things <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">without using an oven.<br \/>\nCookies are among these things.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Today I will show you one of my favorite microwave<br \/>\nchocolate chip cookies recipes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You can make these cookies in just a couple of<br \/>\nminutes and <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">these are just really tasty cookies.<br \/>\nThey&#8217;re soft and chewy but firm up a bit in the<br \/>\nfridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The batter should look like this:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2558\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/chocolate-chip-cookie-batter-1-300x197.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/chocolate-chip-cookie-batter-1-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/chocolate-chip-cookie-batter-1.jpg 464w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You simply make this gooey batter.<br \/>\nLine a big flat microwave safe plate with<br \/>\nparchment and drop batter from a teaspoon<br \/>\nusing a spatuala.<br \/>\nThat helps keep your fingers clean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2560\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/choco-chip-cookie-dough-on-plate-300x281.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/choco-chip-cookie-dough-on-plate-300x281.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/choco-chip-cookie-dough-on-plate.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 cup chocolate chips<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">*Flour \u2013 1\u00bc cup\u00a0almond flour\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">*Flour \u2013 2\/3 cup oat flour\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/4 cup + 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bc teaspoon baking soda \u2013\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">A pinch of salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/4 cup (85 g) of coconut oil (or avocado or olive)<br \/>\n(or 6 Tbsp grass-fed Butter melted)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">+1\/8 cup applesauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1 egg\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00a02 teaspoons Vanilla or almond extract \u2013 or<br \/>\nsweet red wine<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">METHOD:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix melted 1\/4 cup of oil, 1\/8 cup applesauce,<br \/>\nan egg, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract in a bowl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Add 1\/4 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar and stir well.<br \/>\n(I used low glycemic raw coconut sugar,<br \/>\nso the cookies are browner than usual).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Get all dry ingredients ready in another bowl. These are:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Flour \u2013 1\/2 cup\u00a0almond flour,\u00a01\/4 cup oat flour,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bc teaspoon baking soda, and a pinch of salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Put the wet ingredients into this dry mixture and <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">keep mixing until smooth enough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The batter is sensitive to heat and humidity. I<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">had to bump up the flours to give the batter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">enough thickness so the cookies would hold<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">their shape on the baking plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nNext add your chocolate chips to the batter and it\u2019s <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">time to bake the cookies!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Put a piece of baking paper over a plate and place cookies <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">onto the paper, 5 or 6 at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Put the plate into the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (the baking <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">time can be different; my microwave has got 900 W).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2793\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-minute-chocolate-chip-cookies-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"407\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-minute-chocolate-chip-cookies-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-minute-chocolate-chip-cookies-1-600x401.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-minute-chocolate-chip-cookies-1.jpg 671w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 407px) 100vw, 407px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">When the baking time is out, your cookies will still be soft. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">They will harden up when they cool down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">The baking time may vary depending on the microwave <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">power and the number of cookies on the plate.
