Mix 1 cup of flour (if gluten free add 1 tsp xanthan gum) with<br \/>\n1\/2 cup almond flour, (or ground walnuts),1 tsp baking powder,<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking soda, 1\/2 tsp salt. 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp cinnamon,<br \/>\negg, coconut oil, sugar,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">applesauce, banana, dates and almond<br \/>\nextract together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2.\u00a0 Whip until it forms a smooth dough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">3.\u00a0 Make 24 small balls and flatten with a fork.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Optional:<\/strong> Sprinkle with chopped nuts and<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">press into dough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">4.
