That has worked for me several times.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nPlace hardened cream in your chilled mixing bowl.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Beat for 30 seconds with a mixer until creamy. Then<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">add vanilla (optional) and powdered sugar and mix<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">until creamy and smooth &#8211; about 1 minute. Taste and<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">adjust sweetness as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Use immediately or refrigerate &#8211; it will harden and set<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">in the fridge the longer it&#8217;s chilled.
