I make my own high-fiber\/<br \/>\nsoluble-fiber <a title=\"breads and rolls\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/category\/condiments\/breads-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">oatmeal\/oatbran flour <\/a><a title=\"breads and rolls\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/category\/condiments\/breads-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">almond flour and flax seed breads.<\/a><br \/>\nIt includes lignans <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">and saponins that act as antioxidants and may prevent cells<br \/>\nfrom multiplying. Having a high fiber <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">diet is also thought to be better for<br \/>\neliminating waste and preventing cancer risk. Eliminate gluten. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Limit carbs<br \/>\nand sugar, especially eliminate artificial or processed sweeteners.<br \/>\nThey feed cancer!!<br \/>\nInstead use 100% pure maple syrup, raw honey, coconut sugar, apple juice.<br \/>\nmolasses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">11-<strong>Both black raspberries and red raspberries<\/strong> contain proanthocyanidin,<br \/>\nthought to be an inhibitor <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">of cancer and tumor growth.
