It leaves you feeling full<br \/>\na lot longer than most other bread.<\/p>\n<p>This bread makes shorter slices than sandwich<br \/>\nbread recipes.<\/p>\n<p>If you want a bigger, sandwich size, f<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">laxseed bread,<br \/>\n<a title=\"gluten-free-dairy-free-flaxseed-bread-recipe\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/gluten-free-dairy-free-flaxseed-bread-recipe\/\"> use this recipe.<\/a> I eat a slim slice of this bread every<br \/>\nmorning. It keeps me feeling full for hours.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Do not use whole flax seeds. I grind the seed myself<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(for extra freshness) in my coffee grinder, an inexpensive<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">one, a &#8220;Chefman&#8221; from Amazon). I use Golden Flaxseed for<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">lighter color. Brown may be easier to find, and gives a<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">nice whole wheat color. The only difference is color.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">While it makes great toast, almond flour burns easily.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Keep an eye on it if toasting in a toaster oven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I&#8217;ve only used almond flour, and flaxseed, but for folks,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">allergic to almonds or tree nuts, can use one of these:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"co8aDb XcVN5d\" role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Alternatives to Almond Flour<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"RqBzHd\">\n<ul class=\"i8Z77e\">\n<li class=\"TrT0Xe\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Sunflower Seed Flour.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"TrT0Xe\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Cashew\u00a0Flour.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"TrT0Xe\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Cassava Flour.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"TrT0Xe\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Oat Flour.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">While it is not specifically a <em>&#8216;bread machine&#8217;<\/em> recipe,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I blended the ingredients and transferred them to my<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">bread machine, because I needed the oven for\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">something else. It works perfectly on a short quick<br \/>\none-rise cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I prefer to spray my bread machine pan with non-<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">stick oil spray, and I blend the batter before I add<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">it to the machine using this recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">removed the paddle,<br \/>\nand let the cycle continue to bake another 40<br \/>\nminutes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Ready In Total time 55 minutes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1 1\/2 cups almond flour (or nut flour)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/3 cup ground flaxseed, (golden) for lighter color.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 teaspoons baking powder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/3 cup coconut sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">4 eggs<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk PLUS<br \/>\n1 tsp. vinegar (allow to thicken for 5 minutes).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 tbs. olive oil<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 tbs. honey<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix almond flour, flaxseed meal, eggs, almond milk, olive oil,<br \/>\nbaking powder, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
