Not only<br \/>\nbecause they&#8217;re dairy free and gluten free,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I love trick recipes<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">like this where you stir together<br \/>\na few simple ingredients(usually on hand), and in<br \/>\n15 minutes you&#8217;ll have delicious, attractive fresh<br \/>\nbaked cookies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4662\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Chocolate-Crinkle-Cookies-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"551\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You can just put egg whites in tiny containers<br \/>\nin the freezer, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">and when you&#8217;re ready to throw these<br \/>\ncookies together, (in a matter of minutes), just defrost<br \/>\nthe egg whites in a bowl of warm water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">They&#8217;re chewy, chocolatey, and dangerously addictive.<br \/>\nthey are quick and easy to make. Timing is everything.<br \/>\nIf you cook them a minute or two longer they are crispy,<br \/>\nbut still <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">a bit chewy in the center. If you want decadent<br \/>\ndouble-chocolate, add 1\/3 cup of bittersweet chocolate<br \/>\nchips or chunks. You can\u00a0add grated or shaved<br \/>\nunsweetened chocolate\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">to tone it down and make<br \/>\nit a decadent dark chocolate flavor.\u00a0 Or Press on your<br \/>\nfavorite chopped nuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2 egg whites<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1-1\/2 cups almond flour (ground almonds)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2\/3 cup cacao <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/4 tsp. salt <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/4 tsp. baking soda<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2\/3 cup Coconut sugar or Dark Brown\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 tbs. date honey or molasses<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/3 cup of bittersweet chocolate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">chips or chunks<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2547\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/batter-chocolate-chip-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"499\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/batter-chocolate-chip-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/batter-chocolate-chip-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.jmcutlery.com\/wiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/batter-chocolate-chip.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Directions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a<br \/>\nbaking sheet with parchment or preferably<br \/>\nsilicon pad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix egg whites (unbeaten) with the ground<br \/>\nalmonds, cocoa and powdered sugar until<br \/>\nyou have a sticky but cohesive mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Next I use a cookie dough scoop tool<br \/>\n(see it in the illustration here),<br \/>\nwith\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">a round open ball form at either end, a<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">tsp &amp; a tbs size.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Fill a large bowl with cold water and dip your<br \/>\nhands in it to wet them before rolling the<br \/>\nmixture into little balls the size of small<br \/>\nwalnuts. Then flatten a little. They won&#8217;t spread.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">You will probably have to re-dunk your hands<br \/>\nto keep wetting them as you go.
