font-size: 18pt;\">Once your sauce is mixed, crack your egg<br \/>\ninto the center of the mug.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I poke the yolk with a knife point to prevent exploding.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Cover with plastic wrap poked with vent holes or use<br \/>\na\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">microwave cover.
