Split vertically, to get 2 halves per pepper.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"> Hollow out inside and discard seeds. If you prefer the sweet flavor of roasted <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">peppers, simmer these for 10 minutes, \u00a0then roast in toaster oven or broiler<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">cut side down on roasting pan\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">for 30 minutes or until\u00a0desired tenderness.<br \/>\nI leave the skin on. Put drained tuna\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">or salmon in a medium bowl. Add and<br \/>\nmash in olive oil. Stir in chopped celery, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">dill, \u00a0and red\/green chopped peppers.<br \/>\nStuff mixture into each hollowed out pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">OTHER OPTIONS:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix in a tablespoon, your favorites such as chopped kohlrabi,<br \/>\ntomatoes,\u00a0cucumber, italian seasoning, pink salt, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">garlic and<br \/>\nonion powder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Melted Cheese (Tuna-Melt)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"> Sprinkle with the chopped cheese.
