font-size: 18pt;\">2 *eggs whisked\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">3 tbs. oil, (avocado, coconut,\u00a0 or olive oil), melted<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I keep a jar of ground 50\/50 Sunflower seeds and<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">pumpkin seeds that I grind and swap as 2 tbs. of<br \/>\noat flour in all my <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">bread recipes, just for extra nutrients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>You may want to make this as a bun<br \/>\nand add 1\/4 tsp. of cinnamon,<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped soaked dates or raisins<br \/>\nor other dried fruit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">For each batter recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Put a disk of parchment on bottom of up a 4&#8243; to 6&#8243; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">diameter microwave-safe mug or bowl.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nGrease it with coconut oil or olive oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mix together all dry ingredients with a fork.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pour wet mixture into dry.
