It\u2019s a great way to fit flax seed<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">into <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">your day too.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(I have to keep trying various ways to <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">sneak flax seed<br \/>\ninto the food!). In another shallow bowl, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">combine sugar and cinnamon.<br \/>\nDip muffin tops in butter, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 eggs, beaten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>(optional)<\/strong> Add-in \u00bc cup dried berries<br \/>\nor chocolate chips,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(optional) Additional cinnamon and<br \/>\nmelted coconut oil for topping.<br \/>\nMix the additional <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">cinnamon and melted<br \/>\ncoconut oil and dip the tops into this mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">METHOD<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Preheat the oven to 180c\/350F degrees.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix dry ingredients together well.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nAdd beaten eggs, melted coconut oil and sweetener<br \/>\nto the dry mixture and mix <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">well.<br \/>\nIf the mixture is a bit thick, add about 1\/4 cup water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Fill muffin cases just over half way with the batter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
