You<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">decide how much ginger you can tolerate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">For me, I&#8217;d prefer<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/8 to 1\/4 tsp ground ginger powder per<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">8 oz. cup of hot water with<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1 tsp. of honey, pure maple<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">syrup, or molasses.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Pour through a coffee filter or cheesecloth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>But below is the recipe that works to relieve<br \/>\nand <\/strong><strong>often prevent headaches for my husband.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I find it way too strong for my taste. Pour it<br \/>\nevenly into two bottles through a coffee-cone<br \/>\nfilter or a permanent filter placed in a<br \/>\nfunnel inserted in the neck of the bottle.<br \/>\nThen fill both bottles to the top with purified<br \/>\nwater. Shake well before pouring into a cup.<br \/>\nDrink hot or iced.(Lemon or none).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Store in refrigerator up to 9 days. Heat in<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">the microwave. OR<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Make Ginger ice cubes and save them in<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">freezer-safe bags or containers.
