Then, add<br \/>\nvanilla extract, and then flour. Crack an egg into the mug.<br \/>\nAdd coconut oil. After putting in egg, and coconut oil,<br \/>\nAdd chocolate chips. Adding the chocolate chips will make<br \/>\na chocolate-flavored mug cake. But this is optional.<br \/>\nIf you prefer a vanilla cake, you may instead<br \/>\nadd 1\/2 a tsp of vanilla extract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Mix it all. Stir up the contents of the mug using a spoon. Stir<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">until all the ingredients are combined and\u202fthe cacao or chips<br \/>\nare mixed in, (if making chocolate).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nBake the mug cake on full power, microwave <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">for 50 seconds.<br \/>\nAfter 50 seconds, check if the cake is baked by <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">sticking a toothpick straight down into the center. The toothpick <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">should come out clean. Microwaves often don&#8217;t spread heat as evenly<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">as ovens do. Let the cake sit for one or two minutes after baking,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">giving time for the heat to spread throughout the mug. Do not<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">remove the mug from the microwave right away.
