You&#8217;ll notice the<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">extra sugar in the ingredients. That&#8217;s for berries<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">that are too tart.<br \/>\nThis is an excuse to have some sweet tasty<br \/>\ncake for breakfast.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s a great way to start the day. Oat flour helps<br \/>\nyou to feel full longer. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">In a mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. In a big\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">separate bowl, stir together all other ingredients except\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">blackberries.<br \/>\nPour wet into dry, Stir until just evenly mixed, then\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">add the<br \/>\nblackberries. Gently fold in, but only until evenly mixed.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">It\u2019s very important to not over-stir. Spoon batter evenly into the\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">muffin tins and bake 19 minutes. Muffins should look domed\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">when you take them out of the oven. (don&#8217;t let it<br \/>\nget too thick, if you prefer it creamy),<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Once set, take it out and whisk<br \/>\nit until\u00a0it feels like cream cheese.<br \/>\nwhisk it in a food processor<br \/>\nfor creaminess or by hand<br \/>\nThen add<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp sea salt<br \/>\n1 Pinch raw sugar<br \/>\nOptional: 1\/2 tbs. nutritional\u00a0 yeast (For a more\u00a0 savory flavor)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><br \/>\nmore savory flavor.
