Or<br \/>\nmix it in a stand mixer with a dough paddle for 8 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">When it&#8217;s finished, dump the dough into small greased<br \/>\noval pans, ramekins, or muffin tins or challah molds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">(If oven is cold when you start, turn on oven light. Turn on<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">heat set at\u00a0 350\u00ba-F for 20 seconds and shut it, \u00a0just to create<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">warm environment for the dough-batter to rise in). The oven<br \/>\nlight <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">will maintain sufficient warmth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Cover your molded dough loosely with parchment. Let rise<br \/>\nin a warm place (total time <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">about 30-35 minutes).\u00a0 While<br \/>\nyour oven preheats to 350\u00ba-F Keep the molds warm and<br \/>\ncovered on top of your stove\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Place your molds covered with parchment in the warm oven.<br \/>\nAfter 15 minutes of rising in the oven keep the molds warm<br \/>\nand covered on top of your stove while your oven preheats to<br \/>\n350\u00ba-F for baking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Bake at 350\u00ba-F degrees until done (about 20 minutes).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">After 15 minutes of baking, it is safe to flip them out of<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">the pans, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with poppy, sunflower,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">or sesame seeds and bake another 5 minutes or until<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">glossy.
