font-size: 18pt;\">Preheat oven to 350<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Line a 9&#8243; pan or two 6&#8243; pans with parchment<br \/>\nIt is goes together so quickly because it has<br \/>\nso few ingredients.<br \/>\nThis cake comes out perfect every time<br \/>\nI make it, which is almost every week.<br \/>\nI love how beautifully it rises, too!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Whisk together<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 cups almond flour<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 cup raw sugar (or honey or maple syrup)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 tsp. baking, soda <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 tsp.salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">In a large Bowl<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Whisk <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">4 eggs (or 3 + 1\/4 cup applesauce)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2 tbs. milk <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1\/2 tsp.Vanilla<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><br \/>\nOPTIONAL:<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped dried fruit<br \/>\nor fresh or frozen berries<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
