If your batter is very thick, stir in more almond milk until <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">it resembles the photos above. (Note: these are more delicate than regular flour <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">pancakes so it&#8217;s important to make them small).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Cook the pancakes turning the heat to <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">low as needed for 1 to 2 minutes per side, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">so that<br \/>\nthe middles cook without burning the outsides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">I usually turn my heat lower after each batch as<br \/>\nmy pan starts to hold <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">residual heat. Almond<br \/>\nflour pancakes darken a little quicker than<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">use regular flour.
