Delivery time.  NO company or shipper can truthfully "guarantee" 
delivery on any day of the year. (Watch the weather and accident reports) on TV. They can only "try" to accommodate your wish. You need to allow for unforeseen
catastrophes and disasters. If you can't cope with it, you should not shop by mail.
Trouble only finds those who refuse to cope with it. You already know that.

We ship in-stock items within 72 hours. Anything sold out is usually back on our
shelves in about 12 days.

17 days is NOT a suggested delivery date. It is a red flag. If you don't get your order in 17 business days from receiving our "J. Mark confirmation," something may have gone wrong. OR  NOTHING MAY BE WRONG!  IT MAY ONLY TAKE 3 DAYS to get something.  Don't lose your cool over it. This is the real world.

You are shopping by mail. Hundreds of miles and people come between you and your order. Though it is rare, don't overlook a potential for loss, or breakage
or getting a wrong product, (or your package being delivered to someone who is on an extended vacation). Allow plenty of time needed for replacement of lost or broken ceramics and aquariums. Don't blame other people if you didn't allow time.

 DAMAGE?  Out of over 300 feedbacks in our eBay store
zero arrived broken.
If anything arrives damaged, you will need to fill out a claim form online and take the entire package to your post office (with your receipt and our shipping receipt that we email you). They usually reimburse you on the spot.

Problems happen
SO rarely. After 46 years of mail order, Shipping hundreds of packages a month,  ONE LADY said she did not get an insured package which USPS tracking showed was delivered. We gave her  instructions, immediately, to file a USPS insurance claim.
What did she do? (ninefires on eBay)
She issued a chargeback and left us cruel negative feedback on eBay because she "refused" to sign a postal tracer saying she didn't receive it.  Don't ever have dealings with ninefires on eBay. Pay Pal repaid us, and we warned people about her in our feedback left for her.

We know some people can't tolerate errors. They've never made any and have no sense of humor about other people. We respectfully request that intolerant, "perfect," impatient,  inappreciative people shop "Elsewhere." Elsewhere deserves to have you.

Please don't buy if you are uncertain. Make
sure it is the right size and color for your needs, and it will arrive in time for your purpose. Colors vary by computer monitor as well as the materials products are made of. No two colors are truly identical. Coordinate colors, like a flower garden. Don't try to make exact matches and you'll be happy. Email us and ask if you have any concern. Wait for the answer. Never hurry to buy incorrectly.

We cannot vouch for the delivery speed from S. FL to you.
Our labeling system emails you a tracking number automatically when
your label is made. No tracking data is available from USPS until the package reaches a destination. You should have most parcel post orders within 10-21 business days, depending on your distance from S. FL..

Why no phone number? 

When you call, we may not be at the email to help you.
We may be receiving trucks and unloading shipments.

the wee hours of the night.

We receive 90,000 certified visitors a month. The amount of phone
calls vs. our limited product line and price range would be too
excessive to afford to conduct our business.

SALES TAX  (outside of FL), is NOT  "sales tax."

It is  for extra postage.
If we did not do this, we would need to
hold up every order west of the Mississippi and north of MD while we
request extra postage.

(We did so originally, and people never read their email, came back
much later raving about not receiving their order.
We tried giving a cart button to add postage. NO ONE complied
).

If you order several heavy ceramics, or aquariums,
you may get an emailed Pay Pal bill
for some extra postage.

running 8 to 20 lbs).

We have always charged as accurately as possible for postage and handling. We try to catch overcharges and refund the difference.

About delivery time
We know some things you've ordered have reached you in 3 days. But they can't ALWAYS. Delivery can  have a host of reasons for delays.

e sell hundreds of products. We ship as quickly as feasible. Just like your supermarket, or any store, Things can't all be in stock at all times. Sometimes suppliers are awaiting their shipments.
 
IF YOU ORDER WHEN something just sold out, or on Fri. or holidays, we may not be able to ship for 4  to 10 days.


Most of our packages are heavy and bulky and must travel by parcel post or UPS ground and can travel for 3 to 14 days. Delivery can be interfered with by holidays, or natural disasters somewhere between FL and you, or general carrier delivery delays.

It is "OUR DESIRE" (not the law) to get our customers their order before 21 days (not counting weekends and holidays). It is not a "guarantee" or a "suggested" date.

Failure of a "shipped package" to reach you does not entitle you to a refund if the package is in transit.

The postal service requires you to "mail" us a signed, dated notice if an item we shipped isn't received (after 21 days from our mailing date).

USA Federal Mail Order Shipping Laws:

We are required to ship orders in 30 days, or notify you in 30 days if an item still can't be shipped. We must give you the option of a refund at that time if an item still can't be shipped.

Ceramic and Porcelain
Some products cannot be made totally flawless.
A fleck, speck, or bump, or minor discolored spot in a baked finish is
difficult to avoid, and is still regarded by the manufacturer as first quality.
The manufacturer requires us to return items to them for
determination before replacement.

Manufacturer Defects are very rare.

If a product is defective, the manufacturers we
deal with will exchange it. If necessary to return it,
we will reimburse your postage to mail it to them.
You only need "delivery confirmation" and send us your
tracking number when you ship it back to them so we know they got it.

Unacceptable RETURNS

We will not accept returns due to size or color or
damaged or shopworn box.
We have put the sizes on every page. If you don't
find it, please e-mail us and wait for a satisfactory reply
before you order.
 

Disallowable returns, or returns caused by your
giving us an undeliverable address,  will be charged
a 30% restocking fee plus round trip shipping/handling costs.

Official USPS Rates as of May 14, 2007,
to aid you in understanding the shipping cost.

This will give a general idea of your weight, zone and postage cost.
Small ceramics: sugar/creamer, counter set, napkin-S&P,
wind chimes, napkin/paper towel holder, spice racks Pitcher w/tools, have a shipping weight of approx, 4 to 4.5 lbs. each.

Ceramic Burner covers, cookie jars,  and 3 storage jars start at
approx. 8 lbs. each set. 4-jar Canister sets start at about 12 pounds
